FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How do I subscribe?
We ask a minimum contribution of $14 per year. (2 issues per year at $7 each). Receipts available upon request only.
How many copies do you print?
We currently have an international circulation of 825 copies with 40-50 pages per issue. If we are not too stressed out, we will print 2 issues per year.
How do I send a submission?
You may send a submission via fax, email (identify yourself as an Our Voice reader) or regular mail. All submissions must be typed double space. All submissions are put on file for future consideration. Remember, we pay for what we print.
Why did you begin this publication?
Because I wanted a magazine that talks about the real experiences that real people go through instead of the plastic and sanitized version we often read about in mental health newsletters. I wanted something political, funny at times but that is also able to reach and touch people, as we have been able to demonstrate over the last two decades.
